A 2006 graduate of Loyola University of New New Orleans College of Law,  Gerard specializes in commercial and residential real estate transactions particularly in the areas of title examination and title insurance. Gerard is vice-president of Capital Title Agency, Inc. and is a title insurance agent for First American Title Insurance Company.  Gerard is a member of the Louisiana Bar Association and the New Orleans Bar Association.
